A prominent facilities management company in the South West is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a mobile role covering various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with experience in electrical works, including fire alarms and HVAC systems. Qualifications

• Must be a qualified electrician with relevant certifications.
• Experience working within commercial environments is required.
• Testing and Inspection experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.
• Provide out-of-hours cover on call-out rota.
• Oversee visiting sub-contractors in relation to work standards.
• Assist with tasks on other properties as needed.
