Job summary

A property management firm based in North East England is looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer. This position will focus on carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs in various commercial settings. The ideal candidate should possess strong electrical skills, commercial experience, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing client relationships. Flexibility for emergency call-outs is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ 3 in Electrical Installation and C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems is required.
• Proficient in Health & Safety Regulations and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs across various buildings.
• Participate in flexible working hours and out-of-hours emergency cover.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
