What You'll Do
- Deliver electrical installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair across diverse sites.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond swiftly to breakdowns, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Manage and track spare parts and coordinate remedial work.
- Conduct risk assessments to uphold health and safety standards.
- Follow Permit to Work procedures to maintain safe working environments.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Participate in a regional on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
- Maintain tidy, compliant plant rooms and keep tools and test equipment in excellent condition.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, broadening your expertise across mechanical and building systems.
Qualifications
- Recognised industry qualification in Electrical work.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, air handling units, pumps, and building management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Commitment to health and safety and the ability to follow Permit to Work procedures.
