Overview

My client is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team in the London area on a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies, particularly those set by Integral and Amazon.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site's CAFM system.
• Liaise closely with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations and participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
