Job summary

A prominent service provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer, ideally with a commercial gas bias, to support local government and education sector clients in Leeds. Responsibilities include ensuring buildings are safe and compliant while performing maintenance tasks. Candidates should have relevant gas qualifications and experience in a similar environment. A clean driving license is required. The role prioritizes safety, adherence to legislation, and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in commercial environments.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment as per HASAW 1974.
• Domestic gas tickets are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Clients' Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit, and Compliant.
• Complete both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks.
• Provide a partnering style maintenance service that meets Service Level Agreements.
