Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Abba Voyage, ABBA Arena, Pudding Mill Lane, Stratford, London, Greater London, England, E15 2PJ

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and staff development, to maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning and ensure staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide technical training as required, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
