Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in building maintenance.
• Required NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning certification.
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification is mandatory.
• Ability to work at heights, including on roofs and ladders is necessary.
• Proficiency in controlling CAFM systems via iPad is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs on HVAC systems.
• Adjust BMS systems to rectify hot/cold issues.
• Carry out mechanical maintenance on belts, motors, and valves.
• Complete minor installation work as required.
• Engage with stakeholders for fault diagnostics.
