Qualifications

• 6 months of behavioral health experience required.
• 18+ months behavioral health experience for Coordinator II role.
• 1 year+ experience in Group curriculum facilitation suggested.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups.
• De-escalation and crisis management.
• Documentation of groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations.

Skills

Understanding of de-escalation techniques

ACT/DBT skills training

Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree in Mental Health or related field
