MIG Welder and Fabricator

Site based role commutable from Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Dudley, Halesowen, Redditch, Bewdley

£31,000-£35,000 (£15-£17 per hour) + OTE £44,000 + Monday to Thursday (8:00am-4:30pm) + Early Finish Friday (3:30pm) + Plenty of Overtime + In House Training + Progression Opportunities + Long Term Permanent Role

Are you an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator who can confidently weld, fabricate from drawings, and think on your feet when building bespoke components?

This is a great opportunity to join a well established engineering manufacturer with a strong order book and plenty of overtime available. The company builds custom fabricated components in house and is known for developing skilled fabricators into senior and lead roles over time.

You will be working in a workshop environment fabricating and welding mild steel components, interpreting fabrication drawings, and taking ownership of builds from start to finish. This is a role for a confident fabricator who enjoys problem solving, variety in their work, and earning strong money through overtime.

This position would suit an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator who is comfortable welding and fabricating independently and is looking for long term stability with progression.

The Role:

• MIG welding and fabricating mild steel components (3mm to 5mm material)
• Reading and interpreting fabrication and engineering drawings
• Working independently to fabricate components, solve build issues, and meet quality standards

The Person:

• Experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator with strong fabrication skills
• Confident reading drawings and fabricating without constant supervision
• Looking for progression, overtime, and long term career stability
