This position is temporary to permanent, requiring proven experience in MIG welding and the ability to read engineering drawings. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and good physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Using jigs, clamps and fixtures to ensure consistency on production.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated Welder with expertise in MIG welding to join our clients growing fabrication and manufacturing team on a temporary to permanent basis. Hours of work: 07:00am to 4:30pm Mon to Thurs // 07:00am to 1pm Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Using jigs, clamps and fixtures to ensure consistency on production
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications
