Welder / Fabricator Required!

(MIG / TIG)

BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).

4 Day Working Week!

Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium.

Working Hours :

Monday - Thursday : 14 : 00 - 00 : 00

Overtime @ 1.5x Pay.

Pay :

£14.50 - £17 per hour. (Dependant on skill level)

Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required :

• Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.
• Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
• Positive can-do attitude.
