Qualifications

• Completed Preceptorship Programme.
• Practice as an accountable midwife in NHS acute and primary care settings.
• Experience providing midwifery care in a low-risk setting.
• Experience attending home births.

Responsibilities

• Provide midwife-led care for women on The Nest or at home.
• Caseload women planning home births.
• Support the delivery of Parent Education.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to demonstrate a passion for continuity and woman-centred care

Understanding of current issues in Midwifery and NHS

Experience of delivering Parent Education

Understanding of Population Health Agenda

Education

Completed RM qualification
