Midweight Graphic Designer

Simple Online Healthcare is one of the UK’s leading providers of weight management medication and holistic digital healthcare solutions. We support hundreds of thousands of patients across the UK and internationally, delivering patient‑first, accessible and affordable care for low‑risk chronic conditions.

As we continue to scale, we’re building a high‑performing in‑house Brand and Creative function. We’re now looking for a Mid‑weight Graphic Designer to play a hands‑on role in shaping our visual identity and delivering high‑impact creative across digital, performance and brand channels.

About the Role

You’ll sit within the Brand team, taking ownership of end‑to‑end creative delivery across the business. This is a role for a confident designer who enjoys working at pace, taking responsibility for quality and consistency, and seeing their work directly influence brand growth and commercial performance.

You’ll produce a high volume of creative across paid media, social, web, CRM, packaging, print and campaigns, while maintaining strong brand standards in a regulated healthcare environment.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable using AI and modern creative tools to work faster and smarter, while applying strong creative judgement and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Create high‑quality creative for performance marketing, social, CRM, web, packaging and brand campaigns
  • Use AI and emerging tools to ideate, test and iterate creative efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth and external partners to deliver commercially effective creative
  • Manage briefs and priorities using Jira, contributing ideas and challenging unclear inputs
  • Continuously optimise creative to improve engagement, conversion and reduce creative fatigue
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a mid‑weight design role, ideally in a digital‑first, fast‑paced or scale‑up environment
  • A strong portfolio showing brand consistency, creative range and high‑volume output
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience creating static, motion and basic video assets for digital and print channels
  • Confidence using AI‑powered creative tools to enhance speed and output quality
  • Organised, proactive and commercially minded, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Salary: £38k - £45k
