We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our multi‑disciplinary Creative Studio.
In this team you’ll share our mission of building a bold, distinctive brand identity. You will bring visual brand to life across the business, ensuring it is of a high standard and felt throughout the customer experience.
Your work will primarily focus on commercially focussed static assets for B2C growth marketing, while working on longer‑lasting projects that help support our brand world and ways of working. These projects can range from further developing our design system to seeking efficiencies in our processes and beyond.
This role is part of Trainline's Creative Studio and reports directly into the Senior Brand Designer, while working hand‑in‑hand with other key team members like copywriters, motion designers, the Senior Traffic Manager and the Creative Lead.
You will have considerable experience working with (and developing) brand guidelines, taking core brand elements to generate highly effective static assets in a variety of formats as per the demands of our main growth channels. Using type, layout and photography you’ll find the right combination to any given project.
We understand that the high bar we set for our creative output can’t be achieved by one person. To excel at Trainline, you must be able to collaborate with the team as well as project stakeholders to develop creative concepts that flow directly into design solutions.
With a strong background in digital marketing and an understanding of industry standards, you will have the confidence to suggest and test new ideas. Combining this knowledge with a passion for creating elegant design, you will continuously search for opportunities to improve outcomes.

We’re operate a hybrid model to work and ask that Trainliners work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12‑week period. We also have a 28‑day Work from Abroad policy.
