Your Role: Middle Web Designer

Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts for brands.
• Participating in the creation of weekly task plans for designers, verify their work, and manage task deadlines (the attached affiliate).
• Design creation for project needs such as site/email/landing templates.
• Updating source files to the latest version and keeping them up to date.
• Creating visual materials for company needs.
• Creation of animation content (banners/landings).
• Supporting materials during front-end development.

Qualifications

• a4+ years of experience in design field or related.
• Proficiency in UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Motion Design.
• Has strong portfolio demonstrating skills.
• Strong command of design tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, AI (Midjourney, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a team lead or deputy role is a strong advantage.
• Strong curiosity and desire to continuously learn new design techniques, combined with a passion for sharing knowledge with the team.
