A local educational institution in East Midlands is seeking a Midday / Lunchtime Supervisor to ensure pupil safety and well-being during lunch hours. Successful candidates will be organized, reliable, and have good interpersonal skills. Experience working with children is preferred, alongside a positive attitude towards problem-solving. This role offers a supportive working environment and commensurate salary, fixed term until August 2026.

Working with the Midday / Lunchtime Supervisor team, you will :
We are seeking a reliable friendly midday supervisor to join our team. As an essential member of the school’s team, you will support children’s safety, well-being and behaviour during their lunch break.
Ideally having experience of working with children, you will need to be able to communicate appropriately with children and staff, helping them to practice good table manners, and play with friends in a safe and kind way. A positive problem-solving attitude is essential along with a willingness to learn and ‘be involved’ with the School’s ethos. You will be administering first aid and maintaining the accident log & First Aid kits.
The working pattern is five days per week, 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, term time only.
You may be requested to attend relevant school training outside of these hours occasionally.
