Part-time | Term-time only

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Tameside, who are seeking a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is able to help create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment during lunchtimes.

The Role:
  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground.
  • Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
  • Assisting with minor incidents and reporting any concerns to school staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable).
  • Is patient, approachable, and confident managing behaviour.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Is reliable and committed.
