Overview

Are you a talented and versatile designer with a passion for bringing ambitious visions to life in the world of events? Our global events agency, with an in-house creative studio, is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join our London Studio. You\'ll play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our diverse client base, from intimate events to large-scale productions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design & Visualization: Develop innovative design concepts for a wide range of events, translating client briefs and creative direction into compelling visual solutions.
• 3D Rendering & Scenic Design: Produce high-quality 3D renders, detailed scenic designs, and technical drawings that effectively communicate design intent and facilitate fabrication.
• Graphic Design: Create impactful 2D graphics, presentations, signage, and other visual assets as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director, project managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs from concept to completion.
• Support New Business: Through RFP proposal development, deck design and finesse, brand enhancement and content production.
• Client Engagement: Assist in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings.
• Experience & Qualifications: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in an events, experiential marketing, or exhibition design agency; portfolio demonstrating expertise in experiential projects, 3D rendering, scenic design, and graphic design.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software, including: 3D rendering software (Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion), CAD software (AutoCAD) is a plus, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative Vision & Technical Understanding: A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibilities, and the ability to think creatively and strategically; solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and event production logistics.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
