A global creative agency is seeking a midweight creative to join their team focused on Galderma Aesthetics. This role involves developing social-first content across Instagram and TikTok, capturing content at events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in content creation and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

We’re looking for a midweight creative with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and social storytelling to join our team on the Galderma Aesthetics account - global leader in aesthetic medicine.
This role sits within our always-on social retainer, spanning six channels across Instagram and TikTok, including GAIN, Aesthetics by Galderma, Restylane, and Sculptra. You’ll be responsible for developing fresh, insight-led creative ideas that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and reflect the innovation of Galderma’s aesthetic portfolio - from hyaluronic acid injectables and collagen biostimulators to botulinum toxin.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only conceptually strong but also hands‑on in content creation (shooting on iPhone and possible DSLR) and production.
You’ll work with the team to take ideas from concept through to asset delivery, helping to shape shoots, capture content at live events, conferences and work alongside our production team to bring campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and editing content on the fly, with a solid understanding of what performs on social media and how to adapt creative across platforms.
