Qualifications

• Proven experience with Nokia microwave equipment and field deployments.
• Strong knowledge of microwave configuration, commissioning, and integration.
• Experience linking microwave paths through wireless routers to NMS.
• Ability to work independently across multiple field sites.
• Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Southwest USA.

Responsibilities

• Configure and commission Nokia microwave solutions on-site.
• Establish wireless connectivity and link microwave units to network routers.
• Integrate and register microwave nodes into Nokia NMS platforms.
• Perform field visits for installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Validate link performance in collaboration with network operations teams.
• Maintain clear documentation for all setup and integration activities.
• Resolve field-level hardware and configuration issues independently.
