Job summary

A leading logistics company in Skelmersdale seeks an MHE Trainer to ensure colleagues are competent and compliant in safe operations. The role involves identifying training needs, conducting training on operational processes, and monitoring effectiveness. Successful candidates will ideally have MHE and training experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Ideally will have MHE experience or training experience within a warehouse environment.
  • RTITB Accredited Fork Lift Training desired.
  • Strong safety mindset - safety or training experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback effectively and empathetically.
  • IT literate - use of Microsoft Office and internal systems to update training records.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.
  • To conduct / co-ordinate training for all colleagues on all operational processes, including SSOW, MHE (Reach, Counterbalance, LLOP, PPT).
  • Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback.
  • To provide appropriate reports and training plans alongside ideas for improvements.
