Flourish Education is recruiting a flexible MFL Teacher to work as a Supply Teacher on either a long‑term or day‑to‑day basis across well‑regarded Secondary School settings in Kingswinford and the surrounding areas, including Dudley, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Wordsley and Pensnett. This role gives you complete freedom to choose when and where you work while teaching in an OFSTED‑rated GOOD school. Whether you’re looking for full‑time, part‑time or ad‑hoc days, we work around you to support an excellent work life balance.

Job Role

• Deliver engaging Modern Foreign Languages lessons (e.g. French, Spanish, German) across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Follow the National Curriculum and adapt lessons to support different learning needs
• Develop pupils’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff within the Secondary School
• Work confidently as a Supply Teacher across a variety of MFL classes

Required Skills and Experience

• MFL Teacher, French Teacher, Spanish Teacher, German Teacher, Secondary MFL Teacher, MFL ECT, Secondary Teacher, Supply Teacher
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)

• Strong behaviour management skills
• Passion for delivering high‑quality language teaching that inspires pupil engagement and progress
