Salary: Up to £35,000 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced merchandising admin assistant (MAA) to join a fast‑paced global name on a fixed‑term contract. The company is known for its great culture. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, organisation, and supporting trading teams to deliver outstanding commercial results.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support three assistant merchandisers across accessories departments
  • Responsible for supporting daily and weekly trading activity
  • Managing allocation, stock tracking and intake
  • Producing reports, analysis, and updates for key stakeholders
  • Maintaining product and system data with accuracy
  • Supporting cross‑functional teams to deliver seasonal launches
Qualifications
  • Currently holding a MAA title with merchandising experience in a retail head office
  • Strong numerical ability and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with large data sets and a proactive, collaborative working style

This is a fixed‑term contract until 1 May 2026 (potential for extension depending on team movements). Immediate starters preferred.

Working Monday–Thursday in the office, and Friday from home.
