MEP Senior Project Manager - Bristol / Wiltshire Region
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified MEP Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major MEP-biased construction project located in Aztec West, Bristol, with additional responsibility for supporting projects across the wider Bristol-Wiltshire region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a flagship project in Aztec West
  • Provide technical MEP support across multiple regional projects
  • Manage subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance
  • Ensure integration of MEP works with overall construction programme
  • Drive project performance across cost, quality, safety, and delivery
  • Collaborate with commercial, planning, and delivery teams
Qualifications & Certifications (Essential)
  • Minimum HNC in related discipline
  • Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS, APM, or PMP certified)
  • CSCS card (managerial/professional level)
  • SMSTS (5-day) - Site Management Safety Training Scheme
  • First Aid at Work
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale MEP works from pre-construction through to commissioning
