Qualifications

• Must have NEC contract-based Planning experience from £1m to £20m projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction planning or project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using software.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project alignment.
• Monitor construction progress and adjust programmes as necessary.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project management.
