MEP Project Manager – Main Contractor | Heritage Project | Central London | £80,000 – £85,000 + Travel

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join the team on a prestigious heritage project in Central London. This role offers the chance to deliver a complex and high-profile scheme, where modern engineering will be carefully integrated with historic preservation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage M&E design coordination and installation works.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs across all M&E elements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to maintain clear communication.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across the project.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an M&E Manager (or similar role) with a Main Contractor or M&E Subcontractor.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services systems.
  • Previous experience on heritage or complex refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
