Qualifications

• Proven experience managing MEP design activities.
• Ability to review schematics, drawings, specifications.
• Understanding of RIBA design stages and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all design activities for MEP systems.
• Oversee the production and approval of MEP design documents.
• Ensure designs meet all relevant standards and client requirements.

Skills

Proven experience as an MEP Design Manager

Strong technical background in Mechanical and Electrical engineering

Excellent communication skills

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Education

Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

Working toward or holding Chartered status (CIBSE, IMechE, IET) is advantageous
