Qualifications

  • Good understanding of the impact and scale of mental health issues within Southampton.
  • Experience of creating good quality resources to support the delivery of mentoring sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Mental Health projects, including mentoring support sessions.
  • Develop targeted behaviour change interventions.
  • Create high-quality resources for individual and group interventions.
  • Co-deliver men's mental health group sessions.
  • Manage ongoing exit programmes and support sessions.

Skills

MHFA or Youth MHFA or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Experience of 1-2-1 mentoring or group mentoring delivery
Level 2 sports coaching qualification or equivalent
Experience of delivering a charitable project
