A mental health organization in East Lothian is seeking Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners to guide and support staff while promoting independence among clients. Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners will guide, support and supervise individual Mental Health and Wellbeing Workers and/or Peer Workers. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help deliver excellent service characterised by choice, compassion and flexible support. Your passion for person‑centred work with adults from a variety of backgrounds will enable you to make a positive impact on people’s lives and tailor support to help them fulfil their best potential.
