Whilst previous experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke accredited training will be provided by our dedicated team of experienced trainers.
You will need to be a passionate, empathetic and a highly motivated individual who thrives working in a close knit team to deliver exceptional quality care to our patients. Mental Health Transport Assistant Fulltime 42.1 hours contract - Worked on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, alternating between 4 days and 4 nights.
Due to the nature of the Business and Client requirements, we reserve the right to change the working times with reasonable notice. At times flexibility will be needed due to the care provisions for patients which may result in over‑runs or the need to reduce hours depending on work levels.
This contract is paid at a blended rate of £12.88 p / h (Day, Night and Weekend Shifts). Annual Remuneration to start from £28,214.85 based on expected hours. This is to be discussed during the interview process.
