Joining now means contributing to shaping future physiotherapy provision.

We welcome HCPC‑registered physiotherapists, including newly qualified applicants, who demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to evidence‑based practice. An interest in mental health and working with both older and working‑age adults is essential.

  • Educate patients and carers on physiotherapy techniques, exercise programmes, and self‑management strategies.
  • Provide reassurance, motivation, and clear communication tailored to individual needs.

Service Development & Facilities

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of physiotherapy services within inpatient wards.
  • Engage with the planned new therapy gym and refurbished Mulberry Ward (Working Age) and Laurel Ward (Older Adult) facilities, supporting the integration of enhanced rehabilitation opportunities once completed in late 2026.
