A health care organization based in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time leader to oversee mental health services and initiatives. This role will involve managing a team, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring strategic alignment with the organization’s goals. Adelaide Primary Health Network – Mile End SA
Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) is an independent, not for profit, primary health care organisation based in Adelaide. We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of the Adelaide community by coordinating and integrating health and community services and by working in partnership to identify local needs and create strategies in response to keeping people well and out of hospital; improving their experience AND their health outcomes – to deliver on our vision of ‘shaping the health system to deliver better outcomes for vulnerable people, and a healthier Adelaide’.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Mental Health, AOD & Procurement this position is responsible for ensuring that commissioning activity, partnerships and projects respond to evidenced needs and delivers upon organisational strategy to improve equity of access to quality primary mental health services for priority communities and population cohorts.
The role will collaborate with all functional teams across Adelaide PHN and play a key role implementing strategy to strengthen local service system responses to address community need. It will lead the development of collaborative responses across sectors and deliver upon strategies that support appropriate solutions.
This position is being offered as a full-time, ongoing contract.
There is flexibility to work from home 1 day per week post induction and training.
