Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Buying Assistant or Assistant Buyer on menswear.
• Product Development knowledge working with an in-house design team.
• Strategic and analytical skills, proficient use of Excel.
• Strong team player with great communication skills.
• Genuine passion for the COS brand and our menswear customer needs.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Good understanding of external trends and competitor activity.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse the department's product and assortment.
• Support to maximize the department's sales and profitability.
• Monitor customer trends and make necessary adjustments.
• Drive day-to-day organization within the team.
• Manage post flow to and from recipients.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights.
• Communicate with production office and follow up on orders.
• Support product development in collaboration with the buying team.
• Prepare and assist with fittings.
• Oversee and maintain the wardrobe and samples.
• Raise orders and update them as necessary.

Skills

Previous experience as Senior Buying Assistant or Assistant Buyer on menswear

Product Development knowledge working with an in-house design team

Strategic and analytical skills

Proficient use of Excel
