  • Manage event campaigns, budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Champion best practices in events including branding and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery of engaging events.
  • Use data-driven insights for event reporting and evaluations.
  • Design and promote an events calendar and programme.
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities and build partnerships.
  • Manage two direct reports in the Events team.

Our Member Services and Engagement team leads meaningful two-way engagement with GPs across the UK, focusing on member retention, celebrating achievements and delivering activity that reflects member needs. You'll join a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to creating valuable experiences for our GP community. As our new Membership Events Manager, you will drive the delivery of major national events - from prestigious ceremonies and awards to large-scale online and in-person events. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact events portfolio and shape the future of member engagement and experience. You will:

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver major national events to a high standard
  • Manage event campaigns, budgets, timelines and risks
  • Champion event best practice and standards including branding and processes
  • Work with UK-wide teams to ensure delivery of relevant and engaging events
  • Use data and CRM tools to improve event reporting and evaluations
  • Intelligently design, produce and promote an events calendar and programme
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on promotion and communication campaigns
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities and build partner relationships
  • Manage two Events direct reports
Qualifications
