Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, seeks a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects, and supporting commercial goals.

You'll lead club tours, convert prospects, handle enquiries, and promote the gym's products and services. The role requires a friendly, proactive personality, a passion for fitness and a track record of hitting sales targets.

• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support club sales targets and day-to-day operations.
