Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering exceptional experiences, driving sales and supporting member retention. You will welcome prospects, support existing members and promote our products and services across the club, acting as a brand ambassador to help achieve commercial goals.

• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Provide friendly, professional and welcoming experiences for all members and guests.
• Promote Everlast Gyms products, services and fitness solutions.
• Support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
• Work collaboratively with the club team to achieve business goals.
