Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Lincoln, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting club goals and delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects.

The role focuses on converting prospects, managing tours based on goals, and leveraging CRM/membership systems to drive engagement and sales across the club.

• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use questioning, rapport-building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional environment for all members and guests.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement.
