Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is recruiting a Sales Host to grow our membership community and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive membership sales, support retention, conduct tailored tours, and act as a brand ambassador across the club.

This role offers opportunities to develop within a fast-growing fitness business, with a focus on customer service, sales targets and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support commercial goals.
• Deliver club tours tailored to fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise conversions.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
