Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to every member, guest and prospect.

The role focuses on converting prospects into members, driving sales, renewals and upgrades, and supporting club initiatives with energy and professionalism. You’ll work with the team to achieve targets and build lasting member relationships.

• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
