Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is hiring a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention at the East Midlands club.

You will welcome prospects, conduct tailored tours, promote products and services, and support the club's sales targets. This role suits someone passionate about fitness, sales and customer service, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
