Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a proactive Sales Host to grow our membership community and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will drive sales, support retention and act as a brand ambassador for the club and Frasers Group.

You’ll engage with prospects and members, conduct tours, promote services, and work with the team to meet targets while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects.
• Deliver experiences that convert prospects into members and drive sales.
• Support club sales and retention targets and renewals.
• Build relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Handle enquiries and follow up to maximise membership conversions.
• Support the delivery of club initiatives and events.
