Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community and deliver exceptional experiences for every member, guest and prospect. You will drive membership sales and retention, acting as a proud ambassador for the brand and helping achieve the club's commercial goals through outstanding service.

You will lead club tours, convert inquiries into members, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while delivering memorable customer interactions in a fast-paced gym

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
