Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Host to create exceptional member experiences, drive membership sales and support retention within the club. The maternity cover role involves welcoming prospects, assisting existing members and promoting products and services to help people reach their fitness goals.

You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering high service standards, supporting club initiatives and maintaining a welcoming environment for members, guests and prospects.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.

Responsabilités

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and ancillary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise conversions and retention.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve engagement.
• Support club sales targets and operational excellence.
