Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above in literacy and numeracy.
  • Level III / Speed Typing qualification or demonstrable experience (min 60 wpm).
  • NVQ in Administration level 3, computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Appropriate experience in a hospital or office environment.
  • Good command and understanding of English, punctuation and grammar.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, confidential secretarial service to Urology teams.
  • Admin support for patient care and specialty services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and staff.
