A leading biopharmaceutical company seeks a Medical Science Liaison Manager for its Oncology Business Unit based in Cambridge. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals and clinical investigators, sharing knowledge, and supporting research in the Breast Cancer therapy area. Join us as a Medical Science Liaison in our Oncology Business Unit, where you'll be an ambassador for AstraZeneca’s Oncology portfolio. You'll engage in scientific exchange with Key External Experts, Health Care Professionals, and Clinical Investigators, identifying medical unmet needs and evidence gaps in our product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to leverage skills from across the business to go further and join a cross-functional team, working together and sharing knowledge across teams, roles and levels.
As a regional field medical affairs expert, you'll share knowledge and insight with cross-functional colleagues, support research discussions with clinical leaders in your dedicated region and engage in account level cross-functional working with sales and market access colleagues. You'll maintain an understanding of local health economy and how that interacts with the patient pathways relevant to the Breast Cancer therapy area. You'll also own relationships and partnerships with priority KEEs and support KEE professional development.
