Job summary

A local medical practice is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to manage telephone interactions and assist patients at the front desk. The successful candidate will have excellent telephone skills, computer skills, and experience in a public reception environment. Knowledge of Systmone and Microsoft Office is advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a friendly team in an innovative partnership delivering quality patient services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Systmone clinical system is preferred.
  • Experience of working in a public reception environment is required.
  • Experience of telephone switchboard management is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and greet patients at the front desk.
  • Book appointments and manage telephone calls.
  • Assist patients with prescriptions and queries.
