A GP practice in Greater London is seeking a medical receptionist to enhance patient care. This challenging role demands handling stressful situations, supporting clinical staff, and managing appointment systems and patient queries. A medical receptionist is the primary representative of our GP Practice. A medical receptionist will need to be capable of handling stressful situations at any given time in order to serve the patients.>
We require someone with experience who can join our team and bring with them the above skills that will enhance the care we provide to our patients. Our patients are our forefront and we them to have a positive experience when they access health care provided by the surgery.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time team member to meet the needs of our practice. Our shift patterns are usually as follows for full-time 2 days, 7:30-15:30, 2 days 11:00-19:00 and 1 day 9:00- 17:00 this can be discussed if successful at the interview.

The practice is a 3 GP Partner practice with a number of salaried GP's with 1 Health Care Assistant and 1 Practice Nurse.
