A local healthcare provider in Great Yarmouth is looking for a dedicated receptionist to manage patient interactions and support the healthcare team. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Office applications. The position offers flexibility in hours, aiming for 25 to 30 hours weekly. Experience in healthcare settings is preferred, ensuring top-notch patient care and administration duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic,hardworking individual to join our existing Reception Team providing highlevels of patient care to our registered patients. Ideally we would like between 25 to 30 hours but could be flexible for the right candidate.
Tobe responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and theprovision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greetingand directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, bookingappointments, processing of information and assisting patients asrequired. To act as the central point ofcontact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiriesfor the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members andexternal agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
