A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Medical HR Team Leader to oversee and enhance Medical HR services. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with NHS regulations while leading a dedicated team focused on recruitment and staffing processes. Additionally, experience with TRAC and ESR systems, alongside a relevant degree or HR experience, is essential. The team works to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service, and the ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, be customer service orientated and committed to providing a first class service to all.
Previous experience of working with the NHS Medical & Dental terms and conditions as well as having an understanding of ESR, Trac / NHS Jobs, Allocate E-rota or similar systems is essential.
This role relies on having a collaborative attitude and a willingness to work closely with colleagues within the team and the wider Operational Team but also Payroll, Occupational Health, Rota Co-ordinators / Managers as well as our operational stakeholders.
