The Job

As the Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day client engagement, building strong relationships and trust with clients
  • Delivering creative and forward-thinking media plans and strategies for your clients
  • Working closely with creative and data teams to provide the best service
  • Demonstrating an approachable leadership style and supporting your team with clear roles and career development plans

You

  • Have solid planning knowledge in media strategy and planning across both offline and online channels such as paid search, social, programmatic, AV, OOH, and more
  • Experience in account management and client dealings
  • Passionate about media and industry trends
  • Strong communicator and presenter who can simplify digital concepts for clients
  • Previous experience in managing and training junior team members
